Do the Suppers arrive frozen?
Yes, our wool liners and ice packs ensure that your Suppers stay frozen for 24 hours but make sure you put them in the freezer when you receive them. If you have any problems please contact our customer service team who will be happy to help.
Why are the Suppers frozen?

Will my Suppers still be safe to eat if they are left out?
If your Suppers have softened a little while out of the freezer, don’t worry! Just make sure you put them in the freezer as soon as possible to ensure they taste as good as they should when you cook them!
How long will my Suppers last for in the freezer?
You can keep your Suppers in the freezer for up to 12 months, but please see the best before date on each Supper packaging.
Can I see the ingredients before I order?
You can see all the nutritionals and ingredients including allergens on each Supper page.
Cooking
How do I cook my Suppers?
Our suppers need to be cooked from frozen in the oven to make sure they taste like restaurant quality, just like our chefs designed them to taste! Make sure you pre-heat your oven and follow the cooking instructions on each Supper packaging, but remember that these are a guide and may differ from oven to oven.
Can my Suppers be cooked in the microwave?
Our Suppers can only be cooked in the oven this is to ensure that our meals look and taste just as good as our chefs intended! Make sure you follow the cooking guidelines on the back of each Supper packaging.
I’m cooking more than one Supper at a time, do I need to cook them for longer?
They may need a little longer depending on your oven, just make sure you keep your eye on them and make sure they are hot throughout before serving.
Can I cook my Suppers in my own dish at home?
Of course! And what a great idea if you are entertaining. The dishes might need a little longer depending on the size of your dish, just make sure you keep your eye on them and make sure they are hot throughout before serving.
Orders
Is there a minimum value order?
There is no minimum order for our Suppers but you will be charged for delivery for orders under £50
Can I order over the phone?
We are trialing taking orders over the phone Monday - Thursday 10.00 - 16.00

As we are a very small team, if there is no answer please leave a message and with your contact details and name and someone will call you back as soon as possible.
When will payment be taken for my order?
Payment will be taken at the time you place the order for your Suppers.
Can I cancel or edit an order once its been placed?
We aren’t able to edit your order once it has been processed as our team will be busy picking and packing it as soon as possible.
Delivery
How long will it take to deliver my Suppers?
Orders will be delivered a minimum of 2 working days after your order has been placed however you can select from any future available delivery dates if you have a preferred date you would like to receive the suppers.
During busy periods and over bank holidays this could be longer but we will contact you to let you know in this instance. See our Delivery Information page for more information.
What is the delivery charge?
We offer free delivery on orders £50 or over. Standard delivery is £6.95 for orders under £50.
What If I am not in for my Supper Club delivery?
All our boxes are fully insulated, so they’ll keep your food frozen until you’re home. We will leave your Suppers in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re out but remember to put them in the freezer as soon as possible.
Can I recycle Supper Club packaging?
Yes, our wool-lined boxes are biodegradable, recyclable, compostable and naturally sustainable.
Can I return a delivery?
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns, however if you have received a delivery or a supper that you are not happy with, please contact us. We will need details of the order, photographs where possible as well as specific product batch codes and best before dates if there is an issue with a specific product.
