Delivery Information

Delivery is free for orders over £50 to UK Mainland* postcodes via our courier DHL. Orders under £50 are subject to a £6.95 delivery charge.

Orders can be placed up to 11pm for delivery within 2 working days. We only dispatch our suppers Tuesday to Thursday with deliveries made to your door Wednesday to Friday.

Delivery days may be subject to change due to bank holidays and over busy periods in our kitchen. If for any reason your order can't be delivered on your selected delivery day we will contact you.

DPD offer a contactless delivery therefore when placing your order please leave your mobile and email so they can send you your 1 hour delivery slot.

If you are not in when your delivery arrives, your order will be left either on your doorstep or chosen safe place. All our boxes are fully insulated, so they’ll keep your food frozen until you’re home but remember to put them into the freezer as soon as possible. 

Returns – Orders can’t be returned due to the nature of the product, however, if for any reason you are not happy with a product you have received, please contact us to speak to one of our team members & we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

* Unfortunately, to ensure our products arrive with customers still frozen, we can’t offer delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and other remote islands plus the following post codes: AB31-38, AB41-54, AB55-56, FK17-21, GY9, HS1-9, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH, TR21-25, ZE
